I understand that dance classes may include, without limitation, dancing with props, stretching, barre work, across the floor combinations, dance routines in the center, and other related activities. I further understand that all of the activities of the dance class involve some degree of risk of strain or bodily injury. I hereby release ON POINTE ARTS LLC, its staff contractors, volunteers and the event facility from any liability for personal injuries or loss of, or damage to personal property. I give permission to ON POINTE ARTS LLC to provide and/or seek medical attention for my child should medical treatment be required and I will assume all costs of my child/children's medicals bill(s). Each participant may refuse to participate in any activity. If there are any doubts as to a dancer's physical ability, please consult your physician before participating.
